Rachel Kaiser

Executive Director

Rachel has her B.S. In Marketing and Education with a minor in Business Administration. Rachel has been working as an advocate for people with exceptional needs since 2009. She oversees the following departments: Case Management, Behavioral Health, Residential Certification and the Fon du Lac branch.

LaNetta Jackson

Behavioral Health Manager

LaNetta has over 15 years experience in the health care field. She has held different positions such as: Resident Assistant, and Resident Care Coordinator. LaNetta is a positive, open-minded professional who believes effective communication is the key to helping others. Making a difference in the lives of her patients has been her greatest accomplishment.

Souda Yang

Dane County Program Manager

Souda has worked in the Healthcare Industry for 5+ years in roles of Nursing Assistant to Case Management. She joined Integrity after receiving a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services from Edgewood College. Souda’s primary focus is building a work environment that empowers employees to feel a sense of accomplishment while providing adequate cares to our residents.

Gloreen Heft/LPN

Nursing Support Manager

Glo’s background includes U.S. Army in combat communications and Army Reserves as an EMT/Paramedic and LPN. She has 3 years experience in a child psychiatric center and several years in forensic psychiatry, acute psychiatry, and in methadone/ADOA clinics. In 2012, Glo joined Integrity as a case manager and moved quickly into training and nursing support.

Chelsea Bredeson

Behavioral Health Specialist

Chelsea graduated from UW-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and criminal justice. Chelsea has primarily worked in human services positions, starting with case management and social work for the homeless/vulnerable adult population to her current position as a behavioral health specialist. 

Travis Harrelson

Behavioral Health Specialist

Travis has worked in the healthcare field for the past 7 years, beginning as a Direct Care provider and working up to his current role as a Behavioral Support Specialist. Travis enjoys being able to work with a wide variety of residents and ensuring their complete care and well-being.

Aleen Jacobson

Accounting Specialist

Aleen holds a MA degree in Psychology and has worked in the healthcare industry for 6 years, with 5 years being in management positions. Aleen joined Integrity in 2019, and after serving as Senior Case Manager, has combined her passion of assisting others and fondness of data and mathematics by transitioning into an accounting position.

Alejandra Salinas

Senior Case Manager

Alex has been in Human Services Community for over 10 years. She has provided case management services working in various agencies helping low-income families, homeless population and Latin American communities within Dane County.

Tamika Allen

Senior Case Manager

Tamika has worked in managerial compacity 15+ years in roles of managing hotels to restaurants. She received an Associate degree in Business Management. Tamika’s primary focus is maintaining strong leadership skills, empowering employees, and ensuring residents receive adequate care.
