Integrity Residential Services was founded in 2000 and has been providing residential services for people with Developmental Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and Individuals with Complex Behavioral and Medical support needs, since its inception. 

Our mission is to provide highly trained staff, that assist adults with disabilities in achieving a lifestyle of respect, independence, and dignity.  Along with our support staff, our Administrative team also focuses its efforts on supporting the highest quality of life possible.

When Integrity Residential Services began, our primary goal was to provide care that tended to a wide variety of diagnoses, both developmental and intellectual disabled spectrums. This included, but not limited to:

• Autism 
• Tourette’s
• Asperger’s
• Cerebral palsy
• Muscular dystrophy. 

We strive to provide our residents with a full quality of life that encourages independence and support. Along with providing day-day support, we also provide vocational services and transportation. 

Our staff is trained based on individual resident needs for activities of daily living and any additional medical needs they may have. Staff are trained on administration of insulin, checking of blood glucose, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration as well as complex positioning, use of Hoyer, slide-board, easy stand, sit-stand equipment for transfers, G-Tube, J-Tube feedings, and general medication administration. For residents that require additional tools for communication, we ensure that our staff are trained to use any/all communication tools or electronic devices that assist our residents.
